Hi Partners signs a framework agreement with Balantia to analyse the energy status

The hotel asset management company owned by Sabadell,HI Partners has contracted Balantia services to analyse the energy status of hotels in the portfolio. Through this collaboration, HI Partners intends to detect opportunities for energy improvement in assets, while at the same time outlining an energy management standard applicable to all hotels in the company’s possession. The high growth rate in the incorporation of assets has led Balantia to accompany the company in the analysis of hotels in Baleares and Canary Islands, contributing the specialisation in the consolidation of a reference group in the management of debt and assets Hoteliers as HI Partners is already done.
